Sec8ok.com will allow property owners who rent to section 8 clients, to post advertisements that will allow your target market to be in the right place at the right time. Sec8ok.com also allows clients to post there own advertisement or purchase miscellaneous merchandise, using the POST a Stuff Ad, you can sell any new or gently used item for extra cash during your next move.

If you are a Housing Choice Voucher Client please be aware that Housing Vouchers will not be extended beyond the expiration date, due to lack of funds to pay additional rent subsidies. You must find a new property before your voucher expires.

Through the Public Housing Homeowners Programs, if you are a public housing resident, you may be able to turn your rent payment into a mortgage payment. Contact your local public housing agency for details at HUD
